If you wish to bring an exhibit we prefer you to register.
This can be done so by e-mailing us with the following information:-
A description of the exhibit/vehicle (e.g. date, make, model etc.) plus any other "interesting" information that might be included in the programme.

For powered vehicles we require an assurance that it is insured and will only be driven on site by persons who are licenced and insured to drive it on the public highway.
Please note: For safety reasons exhibits need to be on site before 12:30. The vehicle parade takes place at around 16:00 and we ask vehicle exhibitors to remain for that.
