The village of Shareshill is located adjacent to the A460 a few miles north-east of Wolverhampton, between two motorway junctions: M6 junction 11 one mile to the north and M54 junction 1 one and a half miles to the south.
Shareshill has a rich history rural setting with a network of rights of way with popular walking routes.

The village has managed to retain it's school, pre-school, pub, shop and church, plus community groups such as the WI and Shareshill Bowling Club.

For many years the village hosted a Steam and Vintage Fayre which attracted vehicle enthusiasts from around the Midlands.

Bulky Waste
Householders can take their domestic and garden rubbish to their local tip/refuse centre FREE of charge. Bulky items can be collected by the council for which there will be a charge.
Fly tipping fines have gone up from £400 to £1000.
Householders have a responsibility to ensure their waste is only transferred to an authorised person, ie someone with a waste carriers licence. If you don't check it could cost you the new "duty of care" fixed penalty fine of £600 if traced back to your address.
